How do I customize a product?+
Browse our shop and look for products marked as "Customizable." Click the product, then use the "Customize Your Product" section to choose size, material, upload your image, add text, and select options. You'll see the updated price before adding to cart.
What file formats can I upload?+
We accept JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG, PDF, AI, and DXF files. For best results with logos and cutting projects, vector files (SVG, AI, DXF) are recommended.
How long does production take?+
Most products are produced within 3–7 business days. Production time is listed on each product page. Rush orders may be available — contact us for details.
Do you ship outside Orange County?+
Yes! We ship throughout the United States. Local Orange County customers may also arrange pickup. Free shipping on orders over $75.
Can I request a custom project not in your store?+
Absolutely. Use our Request a Custom Project page to describe your idea, upload files, and receive a custom quote within 1–2 business days.
Will my uploaded design need review?+
For laser cutting projects especially, some designs may need review to ensure they're production-ready. If any adjustments are needed, we'll contact you before starting production.
What materials do you work with?+
We work with wood, acrylic, MDF, leather, slate, glass, metal, paper, cardstock, and other suitable materials depending on the project.
Can I order in bulk?+
Yes! We offer bulk pricing for wedding table numbers, business products, ornaments, and more. Contact us or use the custom order form for bulk quotes.
